No, and that’s the beauty of it! We are a dry hire bar, meaning you provide the alcohol and we handle the rest: bartenders, mixers, setup, ice, and unforgettable service. We operate this way due to Texas alcohol laws, which do not allow us to sell or supply alcohol directly. This works in your favor because it gives you full control over your drink selection and budget, with no markups or restrictions. It’s your bar, your way.
Our quote will include our mobile bar rental, licensed bartenders, bar supplies, disposable cups, straws, ice, beverage napkins, signature drink menu, mixers & garnishes (depending on your package).
Every event is unique and different, for this reason we would love to hear as many details as possible in order to give you the most accurate quote.
We ask for 50% deposit to secure your date on our calendar, and the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your event.
Local travel is included. Extended travel is considered based on distance and may include mileage and/or a travel fee.
To book our trailer we need enough turning radius for us to haul it in with a pickup truck, detach and get out. Must ensure a flat surface to park. Please no slanted hills.
Yes. We carry general liability as well as liquor liability insurance to cover unforeseen events.
